WELL SCREENS - PVC MONITOR PIPE SPECIFICATIONS

All monitor pipe and screen is flush threaded PVC manufactured from Type 1, Grade 1 PVC resins as specified in ASTM D1785. The monitor pipe also meets ASTM D2665. The PVC monitor pipe and screen are threaded to the ASTM F480-90 specification with O-ring groove turned in the male thread with the O-ring provided. All threaded connections are manufactured using computer controlled threading machines to insure precision cut and consistency. The finished monitor pipe and screen are free of any grease, dirt and fingerprints and are individually packaged in plastic.

FLUSH MOUNT COVERS - 6 INCH DIAMETER WITH 10 INCH SKIRT

The flush mount cover is made of cast iron and the skirt is aluminum. The inside diameter will accommodate up to a 4 inch well plug. The two 3/8 inch hex bolts are made of stainless steel. The cover has the words “Monitoring Well” cast into it in large letters and the bolts hold the cover tightly to the rim making it accessible only with a wrench.

LOCKABLE J-PLUGS FOR MONITORING WELL

The “J” Plug is an expandable pressure plug developed to fit inside a flush threaded riser. On turning the wing bolt, the O-rings depresses and expands to create a watertight seal, assuring against any contaminates leaking into the well.

DISPOSABLE POLYETHYLENE BAILERS - RELIABLE, CONVENIENT, AND EASY TO USE

The disposable bailers are made from pure, high-density polyethylene and are purified and rinsed with de-ionized water before being individually sealed. The bailers also have a unique low-snag cord cleat which makes cord attachment easy.
